Whilst Steven Soderbergh’s ‘Contagion’ continues its big budget pandemic-based project with its A-list cast full to the brim, a smaller ‘lethal virus’ production goes in front of the camera in Berlin, Germany. Writer/director Eron Sheean’s new thriller ‘Errors of the Human Body’ has commenced shooting with it’s trio of cast members Karoline Herfurth (‘Perfume: The Story of a Murderer’), Michael Eklund, Tómas Lemarquis which is now to become a foursome! Brit comedy actor Rik Mayall has reportedly joined the cast. The star who has enjoyed a successful TV career with notable appearance in hugely influential British comedies such as ‘The Young Ones’ and ‘Bottom’ is most probably better known overseas as ‘Drop Dead Fred’ in which he played the crazed imaginary friend of the gorgeous Phoebe Cates in the 1991 cult classic – which is currently on the remake slate.

No release date details are known just yet but XYZ Films will be dealing with the worldwide sales.
