It’s been six years since writer/director Eli Roth’s last full feature length directorial effort and despite the title sounding like a cheesy superhero movie his latest project ‘The Green Inferno’ all looks set to be his sickest effort to date. The grim and grisly new horror which focuses on a group of goody two-shoes activists who head to Peru to save a dying tribe. But when their plane crashes in the jungle it’s the ungrateful tribe that turn on the students. ‘The Green Inferno’ stars Lorenza Izzo (‘Aftershock’), Ariel Levy, Daryl Sabara, Kirby Bliss Blanton, Sky Ferreira, Magda Apanowicz, Nicolás Martínez and Aaron Burns. “A group of student activists travel from New York City to the Amazon to save a dying tribe. Unfortunately, they crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they protected.”
