Season two of the acclaimed TV adaptation ‘Bates Motel’ will be returning to our screens in less than a couple of months now and so we welcome another preview still from the show. Entertainment Weekly revealed the new pic which reveals quite a bit more of star Vera Farmiga (‘Orphan’) as Norma Bates with an out of focus Max Thieriot dawdling around in the background. The show will pick up after Norman’s (Freddy Highmore) teacher came to an untimely end at the close of the first season. Kathleen Robertson (‘Boss’), Paloma Kwiatkowski (‘Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters’), Michael Vartan (‘Alias’), Michael Ecklund (‘The Divide’), Rebecca Creskoff and Kenny Johnson are all on board the new season. Head below to check out the new pic.
“A modern re-imagining and prequel to the movie Psycho (1960), this story begins with the earlier years of a teenage Norman Bates and his mother Norma who live in an old house overlooking the adjoining motel which they are renovating. The house and hotel both come with secrets of their own as does the new town which the Bates’ now call home.”
‘Bates Motel’ returns on 3 March on A&E.
