For those expecting a return from Dr. Alan Grant in the upcoming ‘Jurassic World’ sequel are likely to pop out their bottom lip and quiver at the following news. During a recent interview with The Examiner actor Sam Neill, whom appeared in both the original ‘Jurassic Park’ and threequel ‘Jurassic Park III’, isn’t particularly expectant to be involved in the Colin Trevorrow (‘Safety Not Guaranteed’) project set for a Summer 2015 release. “Look, you never say no,” Neill stated. “I think there’s a whole new cast and a whole new look at things, and I think that’s great. As I said, I’d never say no, but I wish them…well, I’m sure it’s going to be great, but they don’t need me.” Bryce Dallas Howard (‘The Village’), Chris Pratt (‘Parks and Recreation’), Nick Robinson (‘The Kings of Summer’) and Ty Simpkins (‘Insidious Chapter 2’) are on board with shooting expected to kick off any time now.
‘Jurassic World’ will arrive in theatres in 3D on 12 June 2015.
