The new final trailer for Alfonso Cuaron’s epic looking ‘Gravity’ has space walked online courtesy of Warner Bros Pictures and much like its’ impressive predecessors the new full length trailer will certainly give those with a fear of heights something to panic about. ‘Gravity’ stars Sandra Bullock (‘The Heat’) and George Clooney (‘The Descendents’) doing their best to survive an orbital disaster. And although with no air pressure or oxygen in space and therefore nothing to carry sound there certainly appears to be a lot of noise coming from the damaged shuttle in the opening sequence? Hmmmm….at least ‘Firefly’ got it right. We need that show back! Check out the trailer below.
“Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock) is a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney) in command of his last flight before retiring. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone – tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.”
‘Gravity’ spins out of control in US theatres on 4 October and here in the UK from 11 October.
