Black and Blue Films are enjoying churning out the British horror flicks of late. Sadly, none of them are particularly great and all of them seem to star at least 2 or 3 of the same names over and over again (ahem! Danny Dyer). Thankfully though new production 'Airborne', which director and star Dominic Burns is currently shooting, may hopefully change this reputation for the better. Ex-Hollyoaks buxom babe Gemma Atkinson - below ('13hrs') stars along with Julian Glover, 'Snatch's Alan Ford, Craig Conway and Sebastian Street. The shoot (being helmed inside a jumbo jet on the 'Top Gear' set) tells the story of a disparate group of air travellers stalked by an ancient evil aboard an in-flight jumbo jet.
Black and Blue Films' Jonathan Sothcott said today "I was attracted by the idea of making what is basically a feature length version of the Terror At 20,000 Feet segment of Twilight Zone The Movie."
