THIS IS NOT AI: THE ALIEN REPORT REVEALS ITS UNSETTLING OPENING SCENE

Half-human aliens, a four-armed being, an on-camera implant removal and bicycle-mounted cameras recording a Men in Black car chase through Chicago.

Chicago’s Earths Dreamland has released the unsettling opening scene from The Alien Report, the award-winning alien-abduction thriller now streaming free on Tubi (link below).

After seeing the film’s unsettling imagery, viewers on Reddit began debating whether it was created with AI.

    It wasn’t.

The bizarre imagery was created the hard way—with actors, award-winning makeup, carefully constructed scenes, striking Chicago locations and eerie storytelling—all accomplished on a micro-budget.

The Alien Report follows a clever young man who is deaf in one ear and conceals a tiny camera inside his hearing aid. When he begins secretly recording his encounters, the camera captures increasingly bizarre evidence: telepathic gray aliens, half-human hybrids, a four-armed being and mysterious Men in Black tracking his every move.

At one point, the narrator uses a box cutter to remove a suspected alien implant from his own leg—on camera. In another sequence, bicycle-mounted cameras record a Men in Black car chase through the streets of Chicago.

This alien-abduction story doesn’t unfold in a distant desert, secret military base or isolated farmhouse. It moves through the gang neighborhoods of Chicago—past graffiti-covered alleys, abandoned lots, city streets and blacked-out vehicles carrying men who may not be human.

Presented through concealed hearing-aid, bicycle-mounted and surveillance cameras, The Alien Report places audiences directly inside the encounters. The movie draws inspiration from the remarkably similar experiences described by alleged alien abductees and asks one frightening question:

What would those stories look like if someone finally recorded them?

Winner at nine film festivals and recipient of the Night Mask Award for Best Indie Feature, The Alien Report is available to stream free on Tubi.

    About The Alien Report

Produced through Chicago’s Earths Dreamland, The Alien Report is an independent found-footage science-fiction thriller presented through a network of concealed cameras. The film documents one young man’s increasingly dangerous encounters with alien beings, human hybrids and the Men in Black.
