ENGLUND RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL
E! Online reports, ‘Actor Robert Englund, best known for playing Freddy Krueger in the Nightmare on Elm Street films, treated and released from a Columbus, Georgia hospital after experiencing pain following an all-night shoot for his latest horror flick.’ In addition Ehren Ellerbee writes in from the set of 2001 Maniacs, ‘Hey everybody! I just wanted to say that I’ve been an extra on the set of 2001 Maniacs’ in Lumpkin, Ga. and everyone has been so nice… Mr. Englund and everyone involved. They are all down to earth and cool. I now have a small idea of just how hard folks work to make films. A night shot went from 6pm to maybe 6am. It’s going to be awesome! There’s gore, fire, cleavage…..you name it. It’s gonna be somethin.’
