MORASSI IN WOLF CREEK
Gorgeous Aussie actress Kestie Morassi [Strange Bedfellows] has signed on to play a lead role in the new Australian horror pic Wolf Creek.
According to Fiona Byrnes column in The Sunday Herald Sun, Morassi is currently on set shooting scenes for the film, in South Australia, as we speak. Its not the actresses first taste of the genre; she appeared in last years Darkness Falls as well.
Also joining the cast of the film which is headlined by John Jarratt, of McLeodss Daughters fame is Cassandra McGrath [SeaChange] and Nathan Phillips [One Perfect Day].
Based on true events, the film tells the chilling story of three backpackers travelling in remote Outback Australia. When their vehicle breaks down they accept help from a friendly local. They realise he has no intention of fixing their car. Cue the spooky music.
