Even though the title of FAB Press’ upcoming undead tome (or is it tomb?), may sound familar, but what’s gathered within is anything but.
Book of the Dead: The Complete History of Zombie Cinema, written by Jamie Russell, promises to be the definitive collection of all things dead and shambling: from the zombie origins in Haitian voodoo all the way up to Land of the Dead with lots of gore-splattered stops in-between. Clocking in at 320 pages, Book of the Dead features more than 130 color and 200 black & white images, and if you’ve ever been lucky enough to read a FAB book, you know these images are of the highest quality as is the writing that accompanies them.
