KINGDOM HOSPITAL READY TO ROLL
Variety reports that KINGDOM HOSPITAL, the Stephen King-penned series based on Lars von Triers lenghty medical-chiller miniseries THE KINGDOM, is ready to roll at ABC. Originally announced two years ago, the project has been low-profile as King worked on the scripts, but now the network has announced that casting will get under way in May, with the show debuting in 2004. King wrote the two-hour premiere and all 13 follow-up episodes; no directors or other talent have yet been attached.
