British horror/comedy ‘The Cottage’ is to make an appearance Stateside on DVD on April 29th according to Fango. The DVD coming from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will have a $24.96 retail price and will include an anamorphic widescreen transfer with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, and the cover art should be along shortly.
Written and directed by Paul Andrew Williams, ‘The Cottage’ is a relentless dark comedy with an extreme twist. Set in a remote part of the countryside, a bungled kidnapping turns into a living nightmare for our four central characters when they cross paths with a psychopathic farmer and all hell breaks loose.
Andy Serkis, Jennifer Ellison, Reece Shearsmith, Steve O’Donnell, Dave Legeno and the original Pinhead Doug Bradley all star.
