Following Kellan Lutz’s casting last week, director Catherine Hardwicke has cast another member into her ‘Twilight’ franchise. Nikki Reed (‘Thirteen’, ‘The O.C.’) has joined the blood suckers. ‘Twilight’ is based on the popular vampire teen novel series and it being released by Summit Entertainment.
Nikki joins Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Robert Pattinson Kristen Stewart, Jackson Rathbone and Ashley Greene who have also been cast as members of the blood-sucking Cullen family in the adaptation of author Stephenie Meyer’s book series.
Plot Concept: The story revolves around Bella Swan (Stewart), a 17-year-old who moves to a small town in Washington to live with her father and becomes drawn to Edward Cullen (Pattinson), a pale, mysterious classmate who seems determined to push her away. She learns he is a vampire.
