Despite recent reports of a probable Arnie no-show in the new ‘Terminator Salvation’ movie, the californian govenor has confirmed the cameo rumours during a recent webcast interview with blogger Bill Bradley.
Schwarzenegger has apparently met with director McG, according to the Los Angeles Times, and the big man has agreed to be in the new prequel movie just as long as he didn’t have to perform. Therefore not taking him away from his political responsibilites.
“I made it very clear that I don’t have the time to do the movie”, Arnie said. “I said that I would be willing to be in the movie if they get the technology together, and so they are working on that right now.”
According to Arnie himself he will appear in a very brief scene in which the main character encounters him as a ‘future Terminator’.
‘Terminator Salvation’ will asrrive in US theatres on May 21 and the following month here in the UK on June 3.
