Wow now here’s some news. Following the recent re-emergence of 3-D into horror it appears that ‘Saw VII’ may arrive in a full 3-D format. Making it the first in the never-ending franchise to appear in three full terrifying dimensions.
Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures have already greenlit the 7th installment, even though we’re still a few months away from the release of ‘Saw VI’. The news comes direct from the producers over at Twisted Pictures themselves and what with rides, video games and god knows what else pouring from the brand it seems a good way to inject some life into the series.
Of course the 3-D process is a little more time consuming than normal movies so it’ll be especially interesting to see if the release will still hit it’s usual October release date, which it’s managed to do each and every year since 2004 with the release of ‘Saw’.
‘Saw VI’ arrives in US theatres on October 23rd.
