Australia may loose its appeal this summer once the intense thriller ROGUE unleashes on unrated DVD August 5th. From Genius Products and The Weinstein Company comes the latest Dimension Extreme title about an abnormal man-eating crocodile that stalks innocent tourists in the Australian wilderness.
ROGUE follows a group of tourists on a wildlife cruise through the Outback. When their boat is stranded on a muddy island, a wild and monstrous crocodile begins his hunt. Writer-director Greg McLean (Wolf Creek) returns with a suspenseful and chilling ride through Australia’s waters, set against the glorious backdrop of the rugged Northern Territory. ROGUE stars a talented cast, including Michael Vartan (“Alias,” Monster-in-Law), Radha Mitchell (Silent Hill, Man on Fire), Sam Worthington (Somersault, Dirty Deeds) and John Jarrat (Wolf Creek). The ROGUE DVD will include a director’s commentary and multiple featurettes.
