The final DVD cover art for Eduardo Rodriguez’s ‘Fright Night 2’ has been selected! Following a nationwide vote from 3 proposed pieces of art the chosen boxart has been confirmed as the more sensual choice of the trio. The artwork, shown below, features the lovely Jaime Murray (‘Spartacus: Gods of the Arena’, ‘Dexter’) sporting her blood soaked lips and her notable fang. Actors Will Payne (‘Elfie Hopkins’), Sean Power, Chris Waller and Sacha Parkinson all take on roles previously filled by more A-list names including Colin Farrell (‘Horrible Bosses’). Somewhere between a remake and a sequel ‘Fright Night 2’ heads to DVD and Blu-ray in the US from 1 October.
“When high school student Charlie attends a study abroad program with his horror obsessed friend “Evil” Ed and ex-girlfriend AMY in Romania, he soon discovers their young attractive professor Gerri (Jaime Murray) is a real life vampire. Too bad no one believes him. In fact, Evil Ed finds it amusing and it only feeds his vampire obsession. When Gerri turns Ed, Charlie seeks out Peter Vincent, the infamous vampire hunter (well, he plays one on TV) who is in Romania filming his show “Fright Night,” to teach him how to take down Gerri before she gets to Amy, who’s blood will cure Gerri of spending eternity as a vampire.”
