JEEPERS SEQUEL: BEHIND THE SCENE IMAGES

There is a certain surreal quality that comes with working on a film, then seeing a trailer hit the web and the big screen. It’s equally funky to see behind-the-scenes pics in magazines and know exactly where you were at the moment that picture was taken.

‘Jeepers Creepers 2′ is comin’. MGM is making sure you know that. A revealing trailer is now out in the world. Just about every magazine on the newsstands has some sort of still from the film, hell, look close enough I’m sure you’d find a pic of the Creeper in ‘Better Homes and Gardens.’

Here’s three exclusive-to-the-Corner photos you won’t find anywhere else.

first of all we’ve got Brian Penikas’ Make-up & Monsters crew (Tim Phoenix on the left, Richard Redlefsen on the right, and Penikas hiding behind the wings) fitting Creeper actor Jonathan Breck with a set of tattered wings. The size of those things up close is downright mind-blowing, and equally amazing is the harness used to attach the wings to Breck’s back.

And following that you’ll find Ray Wise and director Victor Salva checking playback after a take for the film’s opening sequence. And, of course, we’ve gotta sneak in a picture of the Creeper.
