It’s the weekend treat that we’ve all been waiting for, a new threesome of assets from the f#cked up cabin in the woods. A new clip, poster and selection of stills from Fede Alvarez’s ‘Evil Dead’ have been collected from all four corners of that whacky old web. The clip entitled “Going to Die Tonight” shows more of Jane Levy’s (‘Suburgatory’) character Mia having one heck of an uncontrollable menstrual cycle. The one-sheet features a terrific selection of feedback and quotes from those lucky enough to have already checked it out and a bunch of fresh faced stills all filled with blood, dirt, screaming, confusion and even a chainsaw. Shiloh Fernandez (‘Red Riding Hood’), Jessica Lucas (‘Cloverfield’), Lou Taylor Pucci (‘Carriers’) and Elizabeth Blackmore all star. Check out the brand new goods below.
“Five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin where they discover a Book Of The Dead. An archaeologist’s tape recording reveals that the ancient text was discovered among the Khandarian ruins of a Sumerian civilization. Playing the taped incantations, the youths unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.”
