As if the cast for new slasher installment ‘Scream 4’ wasn’t large enough it seems Wes has decided to plonk in another couple of sexy young minxes in the form of actresses Anna Paquin (‘True Blood’) and Kristen Bell (‘Pulse’, ‘Heroes’) (below). USA Today are confirming that the hot duo have been signed up by Dimension Films yet no details on their characters have yet been confirmed.
“The horror series that reignited the genre and grossed more than $500 million worldwide is back! From Kevin Williamson, creator of the original Scream trilogy, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette along with a group of new stars, who can all hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise!”
Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette reprise their roles and are joined by a host of other performers that include Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Mary McDonnell, Anthony Anderson and Marielle Jaffe.
‘Scream 4’ arrives in US theatres on 15 April 2011.
