No sooner had we revealed a new promo piece to accompany Paco Plaza and Jaume Balaguero’s ‘[REC] 3 Genesis’ horror prequel than the anticipated new trailer for the movie hits the web. RTVE have revealed the first look at the new Filmax International trailer which reveals more wedding day terror as things take a turn for the worse at a young couple’s reception party. Filmed partially using the footage from the wedding video this is the first ‘[REC’] installment which also utilises actual proper movie footage as opposed to found footage and will hopefully give us more of an insight into how the whole epidemic kicked off. Leticia Dolera, Diego Martin, Javier Botet, Àlex Monner, Ismael Martínez, Ana Isabel Velásquez, Mireia Ros, Itziar Castro, Blai Llopis and Emilio Mencheta all star. Check out the new trailer below.
