NIGHT TO FALL SOON
Undead revenge raises its ugly head again in THE NIGHT, a horror feature currently being developed by first-time director Mike Southerly. The story opens in 1977 Arkansas, where a young black man is murdered in an act of racist violence and his body left in a swamp. Hes not gone long, though, as he resurrects from the dead and comes back to the town of Gilmore as an avenging ghoul. Southerly has won numerous awards for film marketing on titles like AUSTIN POWERS, RULES OF ATTRACTION and SECRETARY, and has worked in that capacity on horror movies like SCREAM and URBAN LEGEND; he scripted THE NIGHT with Kraig X.
