    A HARD PLACE

    On May 27th, the savage, supernatural horror film A HARD PLACE slashes its way onto Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video, delivering an unrelenting storm of creatures, chaos, and carnage.

    Led by cult horror legend Felissa Rose, who’s been called “absolutely electric” and “at her most unhinged,” A HARD PLACE begins with a crew of desperate criminals on the run — but quickly spirals into a full-blown monster siege in a cursed forest crawling with ancient terrors.

    A group of random people are invited to a screening of a mysterious movie, only to find themselves trapped in the theater with ravenous demons.

    ALPHA MALE

    Critically acclaimed horror novelist Mark Allen’s latest novel, ALPHA MALE, launched on April 15, 2025, and immediately began making waves. It hit the Amazon bestseller chart for New Releases U.S. Horror on Day One and currently still sits there.

    ALPHA MALE is the second installment of Allen’s werewolf trilogy. He describes the story: “The heroes, Caleb and Marla, once again skirt death and danger at every turn as they race to bring order to a chaotic werewolf world. Caleb must ascend to the position he never wanted but feels morally compelled to claim: Alpha Male of the Global Pack.”

     

    AMERICAN PSYCHOPATH

    Cinema Epoch’s new horror film, American Psychopath from director Frank Palangi is available now on FAWESOME. The film stars Erica James, Teresa Tuttle, and Debonnay Meyers.

    In the shadows of suburban of America, a mysterious tale unfolds as a girl from out of town becomes the prey of an unidentified serial killer. Making headline news, she must unravel the truth to regain her memory before he kills again.

    David M. Parks Reimagines His Sci-Fi Thriller in a Darker, Deeper Vision of Obsession and the Unknown.

    FOUND FOOTAGE FINDS

    FOUND TV, the global hub for all things found footage, is thrilled to announce the exclusive streaming debut of Found Footage Finds, a five-episode docu-series from filmmaker Chris Vander Kaay. This new series explores the artistry, evolution, and cultural legacy of one of horror’s most misunderstood—and fiercely beloved—subgenres: found footage.

    The series will premiere on Wednesday, June 4, exclusively on FOUND TV. Audiences will be able to stream the first two episodes on launch, with new episodes dropping weekly every Wednesday through the end of June.

     

    THE BAPHOMET SEANCE

    It’s recently been announced that the controversial 1983 satanic film, The Baphomet Seance is being re-released after being shelfed for decades.

    There was much political and religious backlash in the 1980’s for films such as Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984) that depicted a manic Santa Claus and Faces of Death (1978) that featured “real” footage of death.

     

    BYTE

    Fright Teck Pictures new werewolf movie, BYTE had Tubi subscribers howling.

    After discovering a phone app that claims to turn users into werewolves, a group of friends grows concerned as bloody attacks plague their town.
