Warner Bros have reportedly pushed their new retelling of classic Stephen King horror novel ‘IT’ over to sister division New Line. Cary Fukunaga (‘True Detective’) will be directing the re-adaptation set to be split over two movies with the first movie focusing on the main cast as children and then the second to feature them as adults. Much like the TV mini-series from director Tommy Lee Wallace did back in 1990. The project will certainly fit better over at New Line having always been synonymous with horror productions up to now. Now we’re just looking forward to see who’ll be taking on the role of Pennywise the clown.
