Feeling brave this evening? Then shut them lights off, crank up the volume and check out the new full official full trailer for ‘The Conjuring’. The newest spook fest chiller from ‘Saw’ and ‘Insidious’ director James Wan has arrived courtesy of Warner Bros and finally gives us an introduction to Ed and Lorraine Warren, portrayed by Patrick Wilson (‘Insidious’) and Vera Farmiga (‘Bates Motel’) respectively. More plot driven than the previous, and in my opinion more creepy, teaser trailer we posted up towards the end of last month but still manages to sneak in a few jolts and shocks. Ron Livingston (‘Office Space’), Lili Taylor, Mackenzie Foy (‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1’), Joey King, Hayley McFarland, Kyla Deaver and Shanley Caswell (‘Detention’) all co-star and you can check the new trailer below.
“Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville. Based on a true story, “The Conjuring” tells the horrifying tale of how renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were called upon to help a family terrorised by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse.Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.”
‘The Conjuring’ opens in the UK and US on 19 July.
