NBC have finally dropped the official trailer for their upcoming re-adaptation of classic horror yarn ‘Rosemary’s Baby’. The story has been crafted into a two part mini-series by the network who will be premiering the show on Sunday 11 May. Unfortunately you’ll only be able to view the new trailer if you’re US-based, due to country restrictions but hopefully these will slacken in due time. The new show stars Zoe Saldana (‘Star Trek into Darkness’) as Rosemary and she is joined by Patrick J. Adams, Jason Isaacs (‘Harry Potter’), Carole Bouquet and Christina Cole. ‘The Killing’s Agnieszka Holland directs the project from a script adapted by James Wong (‘Final Destination’) and Scott Abbott (‘Queen of the Damned’). Check the new trailer below.
“Rosemary is the iconic young wife and would-be mother who, with her husband, moves into a Paris apartment that has a darkly storied past. After finally getting pregnant, she becomes increasingly suspicious that both her husband and their mysterious neighbors have ulterior motives about the future of her child.”
