TRIO OF RELEASE DATE CHANGES
Variety has reported on three altered dates for high-profile upcoming genre features. After floating in limbo for a while, Lions Gate’s child-cloning chiller GODSEND has settled on an April 30 berth, while Warner Bros.’ dinosaur adventure A SOUND OF THUNDER has stomped out of April and into August 20a late-summer shift that seems to justify rumblings we’ve heard that it’s a troubled project. Warners has also set a new date (October 22) for the next Dark Castle film, and confirmed what that movie will be: the remake of HOUSE OF WAX. Now all they need are a director and cast.
