Neil Marshall’s latest effort seems a little more epic-like compared to his brilliant previous projects, The Descent and Dog Soldiers, but it still looks freaking awesome.
Doomsday opens across the US on March 14th but is yet to find a UK release date which is a bit of a pain after both previous movies where with us first, but bitterness aside, I’m sure it’ll be released eventually around the same time (fingers crossed).
The movie takes place in a walled-in Scotland where infected humans were quarantined and left to die after a viral outbreak. Trouble is some of them survived and now the government, desperate for a cure, needs to find out exactly how they survived.
Eden Sinclair (Rhona Mitra) takes her team of soldiers past the wall and into a society that hasn’t seen the light of day in 30 years. And Arrow in the Head are good enough to bring you a first look at the poster for the film, which you can check out below.
