It's been a heck of a long time coming but at long last we can all check out the official trailer for the direct-to-disc release of sequel 'Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever'. It does look like fun and it looks to be as tongue-in-cheek as it does gore-filled. Both the unrated Blu-Ray and DVD will arrive in US stores on February 16, 2010.

The sequel to Eli Roth's original, stars Noah Segan, Alexander Isaiah Thomas, Giuseppe Andrews, and Alexi Wasser (who you can check out below). With also a return appearance from Rider Strong.
