We announced last week that writer/director Miguel Angel Vivas was planning to tackle the adaption of zombie novel ‘Y Pese A Todo’. But his most recent genre offering is of course ‘Kidnapped (‘Secuestrados’) and it’s set to hit Spanish theatres the end of this month. IFC films have picked up distribution rights for the home invasion flick but are yet to pick a release date stateside. So in the meantime you’ll just have to make do with the new Spanish one-sheet (below) and the official website.
You can check out more goodies from the flick over at the official ‘Kidnapped’ website.
“Jaime, Marta and their daughter Isa have just moved into a luxurious new house. Marta begins to prepare the dinner and puts a bottle of champagne on ice to celebrate the move. As night falls, three hooded men violently force their way into the house. Panic ensues and soon the real violence will begin.”
‘Kidnapped’ opens in theatres across Spain from 25 February.
