GHOSTFACE AND HIS BLOODY KNIFE APPEARS IN NEW 'SCREAM 4' STILL FRESH FROM A KILL

'Scream 4' stills are shooting around everywhere currently and the latest bad boy to slash it's way online is another peek at the notorious Ghostface. Fresh from the kill the slanty skull faced beast is sporting his black cloak and hood once again but has also managed to get his brand new knife a little stained and dirty...with mystery blood! Neve Campbell returns as Sidney for a fouth time along with Dewey (David Arquette) and Gale (Courteney Cox). The Woodsboro locals are joined by a whole heap of heavy weight hotties which include Alison Brie, Brittany Robertson, Aimee Teegarden, Marielle Jaffe, Anna Paquin ('True Blood'), Kristen Bell ('Pulse'), Shenae Grimes, Lucy Hale, Emma Roberts and sex pot Hayden Panettiere ('Heroes').
