It may not be the only British comedy horror werewolf flick set to arrive at some point in the future but new Ecosse Films production (those responsible for last year’s Christopher Smith horror flick ‘Black Death’) entitled ‘Love Bite’ is already being mentioned about at this week’s Cannes festival. The new ‘teen’ orientated comedy/horror flick is to be helmed by Andy de Emmony (who has helmed a whole host of Brit TV dramas and comedy series’) all from a script penned by duo Ronan Blaney and Cris Cole. Of course this isn’t the only werewolf flick to come out of the UK this year as we also have ‘Strippers vs Werewolves’ starring Adele Silva (below) and Lucy Pinder! Check out the plot details for ‘Love Bite’ below and let battle commence.
“School is out and the holidays have begun in the gloomy seaside town of Rainmouth. Forced to work at his pot-head mother’s B&B and to hear about his four horny friends’ sexploits, 18-year-old Jamie is desperate to escape. That is until he meets Juliana, a mysterious and beautiful American traveler. But there’s a more sinister newcomer in town: a werewolf preying on virgins – and Rainmouth becomes a hunting ground.”
The shoot will kick off in Wales this coming September.
