It’s been one hell of a long time coming but finally the shoot for Mick Garris’ adaption of the Stephen King novel ‘Bag of Bones’ will kick off this Summer. And now according at least to the site Sea and Be Scene it may appear that Micky boy has his leading role all sewn up. The site is reporting that ‘sources connected to the production’ are naming ex-James Bond star Pierce Brosnan (below) as the main man set to play novelist Mike Noonan in the production. We’re sure an official announcement will arise sooner rather than later.
“Several years after his wife’s death, novelist Mike Noonan still suffers writer’s block. A dream inspires him to return to the couple’s summer retreat in western Maine, a lakeside house called Sara Laughs. Shortly after arriving, Noonan is caught in the middle of a custody battle involving the daughter of an attractive young widow and the child’s enormously wealthy grandfather. He also discovers that Sara Laughs is haunted and that his late wife, Joanna, still has something to tell him.”
