I’m not overly familiar with the career to date of Swedish actress Helena Mattsson (below) but I’m sure I will be soon after the hottie has been snatched up to appear in ABC’s new supernatural pilot ‘666 Park Avenue’. The Swedish stunner has appeared in a number of TV shows and also in sci-fi straight to video sequel ‘Species: The Awakening’ back in 2007 and is set to play the role of Alexis in the pilot. The potential new series which already has the likes of Rachael Taylor (‘Transformers’), David Annable (‘Brothers & Sisters’), Vanessa Williams (‘Desperate Housewives’), Mercedes Masöhn (‘The Finder’), Robert Buckley (‘One Tree Hill’) and Terry O’Quinn (‘Lost’). The story is based on the book by Gabriella Pierce which has been adapted for the small screen by ‘Fringe’ writer David Wilcox.
