THE ASYLUM'S NEW 'HOLD YOUR BREATH' TWITTER CONTEST KICKS OFF

What better way to help promote your new horror release that conveniently uses a hashtagged title than to utilise social network giant Twitter. Jared Cohn's 'Hold Your Breath' (AKA '#HoldYourBreath') is the first theatrical release from The Asylum studio who are now runnning a special Midnight Madness Twitter Contest. The contest means winners can get their hands on various prizes such as movie tickets, DVDs and even the chance to score a non-speaking role in an upcoming Asylum film. 'Hold Your Breath' stars the uber sexy Katrina Bowden -below ('American Pie', 'Piranha 3DD') trying to survive an urban legend which carelessly comes to fruition. To be in with a chance of getting your hands on some great horror goodies all you need to do is tweet your most interesting, frightening or surprising stories or comments regarding graveyards, ghosts, superstitions, possessions and hauntings. The contest takes place each night for the next twelve nights between 8:30pm and 3:30am Pacific / 11:30pm - 6:30am Eastern. Make sure you hashtag #HoldYourBreath in the tweet to confirm your entry!

"Based on the urban myth that you can breathe in evil spirits when passing cemeteries, #HOLDYOURBREATH follows seven friends embarking on a weekend camping trip who pass a run-down cemetery and find themselves arguing about the legitimacy of the urban myth. When one friend refuses to hold his breath while passing by, he finds himself the unwitting host to a notorious serial killer who jumps from body to body in order to pick off each of the friends one by one."
