Another fresh cast member has checked into Carlton Cuse’s ‘Bates Motel’ series for A&E. Actress Keegan Connor Tracy (‘Final Destination 2’, ‘Once Upon a Time’) has signed on to the new project which revolves around the early life of killer Norman Bates and his mother which precedes the action of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic ‘Psycho’. Tracy (below) will play the role of Norman’s teacher Miss Watson. Freddie Highmore (‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’) is set to play Norman and Vera Farmiga (‘Source Code’) is lined up to star as mummy dearest. Nestor Carbonell (‘Lost’), Mike Vogel, Olivia Cooke (‘The Quiet Ones’) and Nicola Peltz are also on board the project which is currently shooting in Vancouver.
