Remember the genre-bending Ryan Reynolds (‘R.I.P.D.’) vehicle ‘The Voices’? Well the project which is now in post-production has released its first official still revealing star Reynolds alongside his furry chatty friends. The 37-year old actor plays Jerry a schizophrenic factory worker who accidentally kills a co-worker and then begins to heed advice from his talking pets. Thankfully things are made a touch easier for him as not so furry sexy co-stars Gemma Arterton (‘Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters’) and Anna Kendrick (‘Up in the Air’) are also on board. ‘The Voices’ will screen at Sundance as part of the out-of-competition premieres section. Check out the new pic below.
“THE VOICES focuses on Jerry, a schizophrenic worker at a bathtub factory, who accidentally kills an attractive woman from accounting. While trying to cover his bloody tracks, Jerry starts taking advice from his “talking” sinister cat and benevolent dog.”
