Fangoria has managed to get ahold of an exclusive clip from William Butler’s new ghostly prison movie Furnace. The clip features inmates played by rapper/actor Ja Rule and Clay Steakley.
It was shot at the defunct Tennessee State Penitentiary, where The Green Mile was also shot. On the locaction, Rule admitted to Fango that the creepy location didn’t bother him much, due to his past days as a guest in similar places—both real and fictitious: “I’ve been in jail before…did jail movies, so it’s all good. Furnace comes to Region 1 DVD on February 12th from Genius Entertainment.
