Even though no-one is any the wiser when it comes to exactly what David R. Ellis’ new shark-tale is going to be called it has still got itself a brand new 2011 release date. The movie, formerly known as ‘Shark Night 3D’, was recently picked up by Relativity Media and is now set to open nationwide on 2 September 2011. Sara Paxton (‘The Last House on the Left’), Dustin Milligan, Katharine McPhee (‘The House Bunny’), Chris Carmack, Alyssa Diaz, Joel Moore (‘Hatchet’, ‘Avatar’), Donal Logue, Sinqua Walls and Chris Zylka. It’s a long way off so why not just salivate over the pic of Paxton below instead for now.
“The story revolves around seven men and women who spend a weekend at a lake house in Louisiana’s Gulf area. When their vacation quickly becomes a nightmare of hellish shark attacks, unheard of in freshwater lakes, they soon discover that the sharks are part of a sick, greedy plan on the part of several locals.”
