Crispin Glover (Back to the Future) turns in a wonderfully maniacal performance as Montag the Magician with a supporting cast that includes Brad Dourif (Lord of the Rings, Deadwood), Kip Pardue (Rules of Attraction) and, as Montag’s willing victims, the gorgeous Suicide Girls.
Montag is magician, master illusionist and definite crowd pleaser. The premise of his act is simple, select a beautiful female volunteer and brutally murder them. Once the crowd is driven to absolute hysteria, Montag reveals his ruse. Each and every victim leaves the stage entirely unharmed.
However when participants begin appearing dead the next day and bearing eerily similar wounds, amateur detective Edmund Bigelow investigates. Are these a series of deadly coincidences or the makings of THE WIZARD OF GORE?
