Dead Road, travel down a path of horror brought to you by genre superstar, Mike Ferguson.
John Hitt is coming on board to executive produce this new feature length film. along with Emmy award winner and legend Christopher Olen Ray to direct.
An idea which was manifested by Mike Ferguson (star of Last Hit, The Flood , Desert Dawn , and The Boatyard) .
For the project Mike brought on board screenwriter, Anthony Leone (“Dark Secret- Tubi original movie”, Torment, Mike & Fred Vs The Dead, The Temp) who has written many screenplays in the horror and thriller genre.
His most recent, “Last Hit”, a project where Mike and Anthony met and immediately went to work on Dead Road.
While a couple stops at a gas station in the middle of the desert, they come across a life threatening force that makes them fight for survival, while trapped inside the station with complete strangers. Dead Road is a blend of The Thing meets The Fog and Dawn of the Dead.
