Director Guillermo del Toro has announced over at his official Hellboy website that we can expect the first trailer of his sequel sometime this month. He also says that he will be revealing the looks of the mystic Johann and the villains for HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY. The film stars Ron Perlman, Selma Blair, Luke Goss, Thomas Kretschmann, Doug Jones, Anna Walton, Brian Steele, Roy Dotrice and John Hurt.
In the next 3/4 weeks we will reveal Johann.
Expect “Baddies” around mid-December too.
A trailer SHOULD be out around the Holidays.
As a side note, Universal Pictures only has one major release hitting theaters in December and that film is a war drama. Charlie Wilson’s War will open in theaters on December 21, 2007.
