CAST GETS DIRTY FOR CHRIS FISHER
DIRTY, the new crime thriller from NIGHTSTALKER writer/director Chris Fisher, begins shooting in Los Angeles next week. Produced by the Silver Nitrate company (DEAD BIRDS, FRANKENFISH, FEAR X), DIRTY stars Cuba Gooding Jr., Clifton (HILLSIDE STRANGLER) Collins Jr., Cole (PITCH BLACK) Hauser, Keith (THE THING) David and Jacob (DRAGONFLY) Vargas, as well as rapper Wyclef Jean (The Fugees) and The Black Eyed Peas’ Taboo. DIRTY is loosely based on the LAPD Ramparts scandal, where corrupt cops created their own gang to combat the other street gangs. ‘Its a cross-pollinated genre(s) film, part gangster, part horror, part love story,’ Fisher tells Fango. More details to follow.
