The film is the intriguing and long-awaited solo debut from legendary co-creator of The City of Lost Children and Delicatessen, Marc Caro.
With a cast including Lambert Wilson (SAHARA and THE MATRIX franchise) and Dominique Pinon (AMELIE), the film centres on Lambert’s character Saint Georges, who, as the sole survivor of an alien encounter is charged with the murder of his entire crew and sentenced to a life of medical trials onboard Dante 01 – one of the first psychiatric space prisons. It soon transpires that Saint Georges has mysterious powers stemming from his alien experience, and as a bloodthirsty power struggle begins amongst jealous prisoners, they soon realise that ‘in deep space, there is no rescue’..
