This trashy shot on film remake of a pre-existing rehash of an already existing movie (I know, it’s pretty confusing huh?) sees two overacting slappers kill anything with a cock, as a result of their sister being raped and murdered in front of them as they are tied to chairs in their cotton panties in a scene reminiscent of a Benny Hill sketch, minus the theme tune and lederhosen.
The dialogue, story and acting are wretched but the effects are surprisingly good. I couldn’t help but laugh when the director revealed in all seriousness during the making of, that he set out to make the film scary.
OVERALL SUMMARY
Psycho Sisters has a B-movie charm about it that makes it a fun little movie, but it’s not horror by any stretch of the imagination. Exploitation maybe, but not horror.
