This strange Australian production starts out like a slasher movie which is far too frantically paced, with all but three of the main characters dead by the 30 minute mark. The film then stumbles off into the horrors of medical science for the remainder of its running time, which was quite frankly boring as it has been done to death.
The cast are what one would expect from a low budget Aussie horror, managing to get the job done and not much else.
To Become One is highly regarded as one of the worst slasher movies of all time, which is unfair as it’s not really a slasher movie and it at least looks good.
OVERALL SUMMARY
Not the worst film I have ever seen but it’s just very dull after the first half hour.
