Plot Summary:
"It was once a notorious mental hosital, shut down for its mysterious patient disappearances and horrific therapy methods. But when a group of students on a field trip is locked inside the former asylun, they get a crash course in paranoiaa, psychosis and grisly murder. Tonight the game begins again. And this time, winner kills all! Museum of the Dead: One night per year, it opens its doors to exhibit a collection of cursed artifacts. But something hideous is roaming these halls, feasting on the flesh of the innocent. A cannibalistic horror is alive. The hunger is spreading. And the only escape is through the hordes of the damned."

After watching this sequel, I was clueless as to what had just happened? A group of students sign up for some kind of extra curricular activity in an old mental hospital, only to discover that someone is trying to kill them.

Maybe it was just me, but I had no idea why the characters were there and it seemed as though the entire plot details were revealed within the last 10 minutes.

The cast were alright but the whole affair was bland from aesthetics to story to execution. More than one character was killed by being tied to a chair and wheeled along a corridor into a wooden wall, which in reality would have seen you with a bump on your head or a burst nose at worst, but they tried to depict this as a heinous crime and a horrific way to die. That wouldn't even sprain your wrist.

A dull affair that retains none of the sense of fun and mystery present in the first film. A nice idea that was unfortunately poorly developed and executed.
