Jeremy Sisto stars as census taker Steve Kady who is sent to the sleepy little town of Rockwell Falls after it is discovered that the population has been 436 the entire time the town has existed.

This film looked as though it was going to be quite creepy with its sinister little set up, but it actually turned out to be one of the most boring Ďthrillersí Iíve ever seen.

The cast were okay with Fred Durst playing a likeable deputy, but there was nothing special about any of them. Even Sisto looked like he was coasting.

You can probably guess whatís being going on in Rockwell Falls by the plot outline alone, but letís just say itís not as exciting as one would hope.

In short, Population 436 turned out to be a bland time waster that made me wish Iíd picked up a book instead.
