    The Killing Floor (2006)

Marc Blucas stars as David Lamont, a literary agent who relocates to a new apartment in New York and begins receiving threats, unsettling photos and videotapes. It appears that someone wants David out of his house and they’ll stop at nothing to scare him out.

This well crafted but predictable chiller comes from the producers of The Bourne Identity, and whilst you could picture it on the big screen with Christian Bale in the lead role (it is kind of similar to American Psycho in its own weird little way), it is the film’s predictable finale which relegates it to a straight to DVD release.

It looks good, has great locations and a wonderful cast (I heart Shiri Appleby) and is a little creepy too, especially if you’re watching it home alone late at night.

    OVERALL SUMMARY
The Killing Floor is a decent enough suspense horror/thriller which fans of Single White Female and the like will no doubt get a few thrills from.
